Event Terms and Conditions

1. All of HEXAGRAM Events are 18+ events.
2. Accepted ID is required for proof of age.
3. A valid event ticket must be presented to gain entry to the event.
4. From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to performer lineup, event times, venue locations, and ticket pricing may change. It is the responsibility of ticket holders to stay up-to-date with notifications. The main delivery platform for these notifications can be found at https://www.hexagramevents.com.
5. If, for any reason, a change of mind is initiated, which would lead to an inability to attend a scheduled event, a refund request must be logged a minimum of one week before the planned event.
6. All events are organised by HEXAGRAM Events and are hosted by the respective venue. Attendees must abide by the venue’s terms and conditions and policies in conjunction with those of HEXAGRAM Events. By attending any HEXAGRAM Events, ticket holders agree to follow all such terms and conditions and policies.
